Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all individuals and entities (“Registrants”) that register to attend any event(s) organized and/or hosted by Hedge Fund Tech Connect Inc. (“HFTC”). By registering and providing payment for an HFTC event, Registrants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. No-Refund Policy: All registration fees paid in connection with the attendance of an HFTC event are non-refundable, except in limited circumstances of HFTC event cancellation as described later herein. HFTC does not offer refunds to Registrants who do not attend the HFTC event for which they registered or to Registrants forced to leave an event early, regardless of their reason for non-attendance or early exit.
2. HFTC Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that an HFTC event is cancelled and not rescheduled for a later date, HFTC will process a full refund of the registration fee paid by Registrant.
3. HFTC Event Postponement: In the unlikely event that an HFTC event is postponed, all registrations will be transferred and applied to the same HFTC event held on the new rescheduled date to be determined by HFTC. No refunds are available under these circumstances, unless expressly authorized by HFTC.
4. Notice to Registrants: HFTC shall notify Registrants in writing within a reasonable amount of time under the circumstances regarding any necessary postponement or cancellation of an HFTC event.
5. Non-transferable Registration: Registrants unable to attend an HFTC event are not permitted to transfer their registration to another individual.
6. Force Majeure: HFTC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Policy or any related HFTC Policy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, acts of war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, state of emergency, or other force majeure events.
7. Modification of Policy: HFTC reserves the right to modify the terms of this Policy and will provide notice to Registrants of any material modifications.
